Richard Booker was born in California in 1954, and raised in Knoxville TN where his artistic talent flourished at a very early age. He first recognized his talent in highschool while scribbling in art class. As a child, drawing was an escape from childhood pressures.

Early childhood memories influence his creative works. These memories allow his artistic vision to flow naturally. Richard moved to Metro Atlanta in 1997 he how lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife Angela. He has exhibited his work at various venues including Mason Murer Fine Art Gallery and the Apex Museum , Atlanta GA and Sun Dust Art Gallery, Mesa Art Center in Mesa AZ. He is inspired by Monet"s style. Richard enjoys painting people because their likeness portrays a story thats worth a thousand words.

With years of experience as a Graphic Design Artist, he creates, designs and paints wall murals utilizing a combination of traditional and contemporary creative methods. he creates artistic expressions utilizing his fingers and a unique technique by combining acrylic, and oil pastels.

Richard has a history of artistic contributions. His works and exquisite expressions of art are displayed in private collections. He has also illustrated his talent with bridal portraits featured on broadcast of Weddings of a Lifetime, The Lifetime Channel and the Fox Good Morning Show.
